Since Obama is evidently unwilling to get this mess cleaned up in the Gulf, I am glad to see some senators taking the initiative to get some help from other countries....if this oil spill happened overseas you know we would be there...why shouldn't we accept help from others to get this cleaned up....there certainly is "need" with all the oil that is out there....
