Jack Lew can't even explain how Obama's Job Act will actually create jobs...They President's Goons can recite the talking points, but can't verbalize how it will really work, because it won't really work...
What he really said is that taxing job creators more won't help creat jobs, but they are doing it because it is fair....well what's fair about almost 50% of Americans paying NO TAXES....AND they want more revenue for more spending..
